The scooter was delivered to our resort and was in good working order for the whole time we used it! Thank you!

The service from Mario was amazing, he dropped off our scooter at our condo prior to us arriving and he was just a phone call away to answer my questions on dismantling to load it in our van rental. Return, was the same Mario dropped by the front desk at the condo to pick it up for our return when we had already departed for the airport. We rented the light weight scooter for my 81 year old mother whom has difficultly getting around. I am a middle aged woman and I easily assembled and disassembled this scooter for loading and unloading in our van rental by myself. We shopped everyday with my mom using this scooter for our 21 day vacation without it, she would not have been able to join us for Christmas shopping. Thank you Mario!

Great experience. Only negative comment was seat back was to floppy. Needed it to adjust and hold the position.

The pick up and drop off experience was super easy, with clear communication. The heavy duty scooter worked flawlessly and couldn’t have been easier to use.
