There were a few problems with the scooter that were inconvenient but not disabling. The basket was broken, the front foot platform was loose and rubbed against the front wheels, the power level indicator seemed to have a glitch showing power level low but would return to full green after switching key off and on. Delivery and pickup great as promised and price was right. Last years rental must have been sparkly new, so I could tell this one was well used. Otherwise I was happy and will return

The mobility scooter i had booked was delivered to our resort as scheduled, as was the pick up. We were given the opportunity to extend the rental period but that wasn't necessary for us.

Had them deliver to one hotel and picked up at another hotel. Very convenient and scooter was better model than I expected!

Unreal, absolutely could not ask for better service. We changed our pick up location 3 times and there was no extra charges. Also we misplaced the charger for the scooter. We said we could get it back to them in the spring and they didn’t even charge us for that either. Mind blown!

Staff could not have been more helpful. They delivered the scooter in excellent condition on time as well as having picked it up at the hotel. They notified me for each event. I wish they were in more locations as I travel a great deal. However, I will use them again for their excellent service.

Thanks for dropping off the ECV even before scheduled time and a hasslefree pick up. The batterielife was amazing- after 12 hours at Universal still almost fully charged! My mother loved it!

Needed a scooter desperately for my mom while she was at Disney world because her feet were killing her. There were other companies with "good deals"but some were 1-7 day for $150 or $13 for based on a 28 day rental...really?!? 28 days. I really didn't want to pay that much for 3 days. I came across cloud of goods and I was much more happier with their price for a 3 day rental. It was way more realistic. It was also last minute as I was 6 hours behind (Pst) back in hawaii so when I booked it online it was already 5 am in Florida and I had no problem with the booking online with not needing an "activation code "or anything like that..I must say I was a little skeptical but I gave it a shot and it was well worth it. My mom called that morning being so appreciative of the scooter. she had no problems receiving or returning it. Fast and great service. Will definitely rent from cloud of goods again.
