Initially rude on the phone otherwise easy experience. Drop off and pick up efficient. The scooter was easy to use, quality and durable. It lasted a long time without a charge.

Excellent service! The scooter we ordered was delivered right to our unit at Oakmont. I used it mostly at Dollywood. The battery lasted all day without a problem.
