The customer service was really good . The only issue was the lack of clarity on how to charge the scooter. I went to the service center on the ship to charge and they plugged it in the wrong port. The scooter ran out of power. Eventually is figured it out and charged it overnight.

Phenomenal service! Ahkeem was incredibly friendly and helpful. He provided an instruction manual with the scooter but also took the time to review how to use/charge the scooter. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this service was for my mother. Thank you!

This was such a great choice. Kenzie was terrific to work with and was in regular communication with me to be sure we had what we needed. The scooter fit in the trunk of our rental Camry. The trip itself was expensive so it would have been foolish to not have the mobility and freedom provided by this equipment. Thank you all so much!
