The scooter was waiting for us when we arrived, as promised. It was easy to break down & load into the SUV. The battery ran down so quickly on the first day that we cut short our museum visit and I had to push my husband back to the parking garage. I contacted Peter & he delivered a new battery that same night—he was very concerned & apologetic & even provided a backup battery. We cruised through the remainder of the week with no issues at all, much to the delight of my husband, who would not have been able to enjoy Philadelphia without mobility assistance. We will definitely use Cloud of Goods the next time we plan an urban vacation. Kudos to Peter for providing such excellent customer service!

This experience was great. It's the second time I've this company for my out-of-state scooter needs. The scooters were in good shape and the person who was delivering them stayed in touch with me thru a text when it got delivered. Total peace of mind. Excellrmt setvice. Thank yoi. And just FYI, there is a lever on the lower back underneath the sest, of the scooter that has to do with the wheel lock, that kept switching to an off position. I figured out that the lever was slipping out of the correct position and would only happen from a stopped or parked position.

Great Service!!! Scooter was at the Casino Hotel waiting for me to arrive. Thank you for the nice scooter. I was able to cover the whole hotel and casino floors. I will call again if I need to rent one for other occasions.
