We didn't get the scooter we selected because on the day of delivery the person delivering it didn't have the keys to it. That person gave us a different scooter.

The staff at Frontline really went above and beyond. However, the equipment needs upgrading. The original scooter provided quit working during boarding. After several troubleshooting attempts, they brought me another scooter (luckily before departure). The second scooter worked but had trouble holding a charge.
