The scooter I rented was delivered to me upon my arrival with no effort on my part. It was a blessing as I wouldn't have been able to enjoy my Maui vacation without it. I delivered the scooter to the condo office at 9am and it was picked up by Akamai Mother's without any problem. It was a great experience.

The issues I had are specific to the maintenance of this particular scooter. The scooter has some throttle problems. With the speed setting at the lowest point, pushing/pulling the throttle lever to its max has inconsistent effects. The scooter may proceed slowly, or it may have a sudden and unexpected burst of speed. I had some near misses when this happened. The scooter does not respond after staying powered on but idle for 5+ minutes. I had to power it down then turn it on again to get it to respond. This was not an issue of a low battery (everything was lit up & showing full charge).

You guys were great! The cart was dropped off at the hotel early and I received a phone call to confirm. The cart was clean and in good condition. I highly recommend Cloud of Goods.
