Everyone was more than helpful. I was my first time and I did not fully understand what I needed. I am not tech savvy. So I had a number of do overs. Everyone showed a great deal of patience as I floundered through. I ended up with what I needed and on time. Not completely sure how it all worked out, but I am so glad it did.

The battery did not last long even though it was powered off most of the time, including losing power quickly when going up inclined ramps with a moderate slope. Overall, the service convenience to deliver & pick up at the hotel was exceptional & stress-free.
