I am completely satisfied with the service I received from Cloud of Goods. They kept their word and did exactly what they said they would do. They were prompt. Communication was clear, service was reliable, and transaction was smooth from beginning to end. The equipment was well maintained and looked brand new. Gentlemen were accommodating and even re-sanitized chair upon delivery and took the time to explain all the functions. Truly a professional service that cares about the customer. Service served me well for my surgery during my recovery. I wish I could leave them a million 5 star reviews! Will definitely utilize their services in the future. Highly recommend!

We rented a stand up recliner for my husband so he could be comfortable at my daughters house. This was a great option and made our trip much easier. The delivery was smooth and very professional staff. They quickly assembled the chair, showed my husband the controls, loved out Jemma the dog and bid us goodbye. It was a great experience.

Cyrus was amazing! Renting was easy. Chair was less than the quality we had expected so that was disappointing.
