I was very unimpressed by the way we were treated initially! Gave up poor scooters for $750. US. They made it right the next day. Then we were promised cup holders and never received those as a I’m sorry we screwed up. Next time I would go through the hotel concierge.

The equipment delivered was in great shape. This could not have been more convenient and allowed my parents to be mobile all weekend. We were very pleased with the experience.

The button to change,settings,was interesting, different. Not sure if I liked it, talks too much when changing gears.

What a wonderful experience! Marcos Martins was our local vendor and they were incredible. Incredibly punctual and kind, great communication. This experience was so simple. I recommend recommended to anyone in need of a wheelchair or scooter. Because of the scooter, my husband and I were able to see this (the Bahamas). What a wonderful gift for us.

The drop-off and retrieval team were incredible, and thanks to Cloud of Goods our family's trip to The Galleria (Houston) was fantastic! The mobility scooter lasted all afternoon and did exactly what it was supposed to do: my sister was able to keep up with everyone and by the end of the day she was tired but not miserable and in pain. Thank you so much!
