The scooter was great and got me over uneven terrain so I could witness my daughter’s wedding. There were only 2 negatives. One is that you only do deliveries and not pickups. As I live in an area that does not have a service like this that was problematic. Second, I was not told how to adjust the speed. I though. It was through the “go” on the handle. Scared my family to death because I was going so fast.

I was very unimpressed by the way we were treated initially! Gave up poor scooters for $750. US. They made it right the next day. Then we were promised cup holders and never received those as a I’m sorry we screwed up. Next time I would go through the hotel concierge.
