I would have left 5 stars but we did have one slight problem. The foot rest on the wheel chair didn’t stay up like it should when we tried to stand from the chair. Almost had a really bad fall because of it. But everything else from the delivery the comfort of it and pick up was awesome

The service was very convenient for my family member breaking his foot last minute before vacation. We rented a wheel chair to use for the trip. Service was great - dropped off at our starting hotel and picked up at the hotel we left from. No issues, it all went smooth. Sheree - our liaison was very communicative, informative and compassionate. 10/10 would recommend
