Front wheel was bent which was a little bit of a struggle while strolling. Figures out the problem on day 2. But we managed. Otherwise it was great.

We appreciate them being flexible with drop off times. They were willing to change the drop off location as well Wich I appreciate! The stroller was clean and worked perfectly as we strolled around Disneyland for a few days

Process and communication were great. Only complaint was the stroller didn't have padding on the handle where you push on the left side, so the entire week I had to push kids around using just the metal rod. It was fine, but did start to get sore after a few days. Would have been perfect if the stroller was in better condition.
