Very good experience. Chair worked well for my disabled daughter so that we could walk together on the beach. Drop off and pickup was easy, local contacts were very accommodating.

Our delivery person was very personable and accommodating. The chair itself is very hard to push if the sand is soft. I would recommend attaching pouches and maybe a cup holder on the arms.

Great service but item was not picked up on date agreed to which was 3/20/26. Amount of paperwork to rent from your company needs to be streamlined. There was no demo on how to use the wheelchair.

Great service delivery and pick up. Unfortunately Saturday was very windy and we couldn’t swim because they were displaying the red flag on the beach ,so we didn’t get a chance to use it. :( it was a waste of a day!! Thankfully today was a magnificent sunny day and we took a beautiful walk on the beach!! Too bad I totally forgot my purse with my phone in it to take a picture. :(. It was a bit tricky for me to maneuver the chair by myself. So we didn’t stay too long on the beach because it was so hot!! I got very tired pushing it along the hot sand however ,it was a good experience trying it out for the first time!! Next visit with family to Rosewood , we’ll definitely rent it again from cloud of goods. Thanks, Donna and Josh
