How do I secure a mobility scooter for my cruise departing from Port Canaveral?

Securing your equipment is simple with Cloud of Goods. Just browse our website, select the dates of your trip, and choose the perfect model for your needs. We handle the rest by delivering your scooter directly to your cruise terminal or nearby accommodation. Customer support is also always available if you need help selecting the right model for your voyage.

Can my electric mobility device be delivered straight to my vacation rental near Jetty Park?

Absolutely. Our local delivery partners will drop off your mobility scooter right at your vacation rental, hotel lobby, or even directly to popular destinations like Jetty Park and The Cove. We aim to make your arrival as smooth and accessible as possible, so you do not have to worry about transporting large equipment from the airport.

What kind of mobility equipment is available for visitors traveling to the Space Coast?

We offer a diverse fleet to accommodate every rider heading to the port. You can select from lightweight mobility scooters that are easy to maneuver in tight ship corridors, all the way up to extra-large and heavy-duty mobility scooters designed for maximum stability and all-day comfort during your outdoor excursions.

Will the battery on my scooter last for a full day of sightseeing around the waterfront?

Yes, our devices are fully charged upon delivery and designed for extended daily use. Whether you are spending hours watching ships leave the harbor or navigating massive cruise ship decks, the battery will support you. A standard charger is always included for overnight power-ups so you are ready for the next day.

How do I know which mobility scooter size will comfortably accommodate me?

Each model listed on our platform includes specific weight capacities to ensure safety and comfort for every user. For standard needs, our ultra-light models are fantastic, while our heavy-duty and extra-large scooters provide wider seating and higher weight limits for robust support throughout your vacation.

Is it possible to request a same-day scooter rental in Port Canaveral if I realize I need one last minute?

We understand that plans change, which is why we offer our Goods Now service for urgent requests. If you arrive at your resort or ship and realize the walking distances are too far, place a same-day order online and we will dispatch a delivery partner to bring the equipment straight to you.

How much does it generally cost to rent a mobility scooter for a week-long cruise?

Pricing depends on the specific model you choose and the duration of your trip. Extended rentals often provide excellent value for week-long cruises, significantly dropping the daily rate. You can view the exact daily or weekly rates directly on our checkout page before confirming your reservation so you can budget appropriately.

Will I need to pay a large security deposit when I reserve my mobility equipment?

Cloud of Goods never requires a security deposit for your reservations. We want to keep your travel budget freed up for fun activities and shore excursions. Our delivery partner will simply verify your identity with a quick photo ID check when they hand over the keys to your rental.

Are there additional fees for having the scooter delivered to the cruise ship terminals?

Delivery rates are calculated based on the exact distance between our local partner's hub and your chosen drop-off location, such as the major cruise terminals. All delivery costs are transparently displayed during checkout before you pay, ensuring there are never any hidden surprises when you arrive.

What is the best way to save money on my Port Canaveral mobility reservation?

To get the best possible rate, we recommend booking your equipment as far in advance as possible. Additionally, renting for longer durations—like a full seven-day cruise or an extended stay near the beach—typically lowers the average daily cost compared to booking for just one or two days.
