Great experience! Dayvid was on time and very gracious and helpful as it was the first time I used a mobility scooter. It was wonderful and I’ll never try to go to the mall without one again! It handled easily and was easy to navigate in the stores and elevators.

The delivery was made to the bell desk and the delivery person did not notify me. We had to make a call to find out where to pick up the chair. That would have been appreciated.

All was fine. The crowd was a bit large, so we did not use the scooters as much as we expected, but I so appreciate having the scooters so readily available.
