Overlooking Green Lake park, this quaint B&B occupies a 1920s Craftsman-style property. It's a 9-minute walk from the Seattle Public Theater, and 1.9 miles from Woodland Park Zoo. The 4 warm, elegant rooms feature en suite bathrooms with heated floors, as well as free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, DVD players and iPod docks. Some have sitting areas, whirlpool tubs, fireplaces and/or lake or garden views.Full breakfast is included, along with all-day hot drinks, cookies and fruit. There's also a free wine and beer hour (Monday to Friday), plus a business center, a living room with a fireplace, and a sun room. Children aged 4 and over are welcome.
