Travel gear rentals delivered to your hotel, attraction, or cruise port

First time user - found it very useful. Service was exceptional. Delivered on time, negotiated extra days as we got on so well with scooter. Flexible pick up. Great customer service. Thank you

“Love cloud of goods! When I arrived to my hotel the wheelchair was already delivered and with the front desk staff, when I had to return the wheelchair I had to change the pick up address but cloud of goods was very understanding and picked the wheelchair when I was done using it. The chair was in great condition and worked great and made my vacation in New Jersey so much better.”

“We needed a scooter for my 83 year old mother to get around Vegas with a bad knee. Ace was very friendly and spent time answering my questions about the rental and how the scooter worked and folded. My mother found it easy to get around and it made our trip so much more enjoyable! Thank you!”

“I hope that if anyone needs a scooter, they will have an opportunity to meet David Randle, who dropped off and picked up the scooter I rented. He was absolutely the sweetest man who really loves helping people. He made sure everything was delivered on time, showed me how to assemble and disaseemble the scooter and was happy to do so. My mom absolutely LOVED having the scooter around Boston. She was able to experience so much more than she would have and I'm so grateful for that. (I also added the soft cushion in my order.) I cannot recommend this company more highly! I was so pleased with the service, I had to give David a hug!”

"Excellent customer service!"

“The scooter made our trip so easy for my mother who has limited mobility. We originally didn’t think we’d be able to see the attractions at the top of her list but we were able to see them all. We will be sure to book Cloud of Goods for every trip!”

“This was the best experience to help our mom be able to do everything she wanted to do on our Alaskan cruise! The customer service was top notch from beginning to end. They delivered the chair to our hotel before we even got there and picked it up at the cruise port at the end of our cruise. We cannot say enough how amazing this service was. It was essential to helping us give our mom the trip of a lifetime!”

“Cloud of Goods made it possible for my 83 year old mother to join us on a trip to Gatlinburg! Being able to rent a wheelchair allowed her to enjoy all the sightseeing and shopping with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. The convenience of them dropping it off and picking it up at the cabin was amazing!! We will definitely be renting from them again in the future.”

“So easy. Booked online and got a text from a real person in 10 minutes. Dropped off at our rental. Picked up the next night. Was able to text on the way home from Epcot and they arrived a few minutes after we did. The scooter lasted all day - 9 am until 7 pm. It still had charge when we got home. High quality at a great price. Higher recommend."

“Wonderful experience with this company and great communication! Our flight was late and the person delivering the wheelchair was accommodating. The wheelchair really worked well and helped me experience the city.”

"My needs were clearly asked about and met pre-trip. My contact was excellent!! My ultralight scooter was perfect for my needs and helped my throughly enjoy my conference and the city. I had several people asked where I rented from and I proudly recommended you. Thanks for everything!’"

“Problem free scooter rental. It was there when I arrived and easy to return. Great communication with Mario. Well worth the money for my 5 day cruise.”

“Arman was great!! Thank you for the great service. The scooters had no troubles and got us around Vegas. Drop off and pick up service was perfect. You can tell he loves his job and helping people. Will rent from him again!
