The ordering process was very easy on-line. Then they communicated by text. My scooter was at the hotel, as promised, when I checked in. It worked as it should. If you have never used a scooter before, I would suggest having someone meet you at your destination to go over things with the scooter. I rented a cup holder. It came with a phone holder, which was very convenient. Checking out, scooter was left at concierge station for pick up. I then got an email letting me know it had been picked up.
