We had a perfect experience with Cloud of Goods. My wife recently ruptured her calf muscle, after we had booked our trip to NYC. Were it not for the motorized scooter rental, we would have been stuck in the hotel room all weekend!

Second time I’ve rented from Cloud Of Goods. Delivery is always on time if not earlier, the convenience of having the chair delivered and picked up from the hotel awesome. Also appreciate the communication via text as to when the chair is delivered and confirming pick up. Very pleased with their service. Highly recommend!

This scooter was a lifesaver! It was at our hotel when we arrived, and easy to return there as well. Cloud of Goods customer service was excellent and easy to communicate with. The scooter worked well and was easy to operate. It would be nice if there was an automatic beeper when you need to back up.

Scooter was awesome and was there when I checked in early at Hotel Zoe. No problems what so ever the 3 days i used it. The only suggestion i would make is maybe offering one that is portable for those that are going to various locations in town. We went to do a wine tour and go lucky that they have a wheel chair we could use there. Would totally rent from you guys again.
