The only issue we had was the batteries would act like they were dying but the lights showed a full charge.

The chair we rented was clean and in excellent condition. It was waiting for us when we reached the hotel property and it was promptly picked up. Our whole experience was wonderful and it made it possible for an 86 yr old grandmother to enjoy a vacation with her family. Thank you for your thoughtful service.

Everything was smooth and easy. Our stroller was there when we arrived and even when we had to keep it an extra day there was no problem getting in touch with them.
