I ordered the Scooter on the 19th of November but didn’t get it until the 7:00 - -9:00 on the 11th, missed a whole day. The delivery guy cane by and talked to the Bellmsnnand then left and cancelled the order. I missed a appointment on the 11th because of no scooter!!!!! Not very zhsppy!!
So easy and convienent! Wonderful customer service. The wheelchair was a little dusty and some parts were broken but worked really well. I would rent from them again.
First time using this service and so happy I did. Picked up the mobility scooter from the bell desk at the hotel and left it there at the end of the trip. Easy to use, fully charged and easy to charge in room. Would definitely use cloud of goods again.

This was an awesome service!!! My stroller was waiting for me when I got to my hotel. It was in great condition and easy to use. The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars was the pick up . I left the stroller at the hotel desk as instructed for an evening pickup, then I was contacted 4 different times to ask if my stroller was ready for pick up. Once by text, once by email and twice by phone. The checkout process didn't seem to be as streamlined as the dropoff. Overall, I would totally use this service again!
