We found ourselves in a bind Becasue I needed a scooter quickly due to a sprained knee that occurred on the first day of visit to Disney. other companies, were totally booked. No problem--they were able to send me a scooter.--, Unfortunately, we missed the delivery phone call, but they accommodated us by delivering the scooter to another location, making everything GREAT!! As for return, they showed up on time, despite traffic conditions and were very kind and helpful on the return. Thanks for helping and making my visit to Disney less painful. VR/Joey V
