The scooter itself was in great condition. However, it would not keep a charge for longer than about 8 hours. Usually they keep a charge for the entire time we are at a Disney Park, Universal Studios, etc. In fact, we had to take the scooter back to the condo or up to the Disney Customer service to charge the scooter for at least an hour in order to get through the rest of the evening all four days that we were at the parks. This was very inconvenient. On one day, it actually ran out of power on our way back to the Disney customer service area, where they will recharge it for you and my son had to push it for quite a distance to get it there. We've never had a problem with scooters running out of power while using it all day at a park. Otherwise, we are very grateful for them delivering and picking up the scooter. I did let them know about the problem and they were apologetic and said they would look into the problem. It could have been the battery on the scooter itself or maybe the charger just wasn't working right and not charging it effeciently over night.
