Sherrie was delightful and made drop off and pickup up easy and convenient. The scooter itself was just fine, other than the handle wouldn't stay tightened, so it fell down. We told Sherrie.

Kevin was excellent and so helpful and friendly. He made the rental experience so easy and he was amazingly caring about making sure the rental met the needs we had and was the right rental for what we were doing. I so appreciated his kindness and willingness to go above and beyond.
