Renting a mobility scooter allowed be to experience everything I wanted to on my trip to NYC! It would have been impossible for me to take this trip without it. We had one small glitch but caught it Brie or arrival. The wrong address was indicated for delivery of the scooter but I was easily able to change it before we arrived. The partner that delivered it was friendly and very helpful in offering a great Italian restaurant! All of the attractions we wanted to see were very accommodating of the scooter. It was a great experience. Taxi’s we’re also readily available that could haul the scooter to our destinations.

Chair not delivered on first day of rental. Had to email more than once to get it picked up. Chair was very nice. Glad I had it. Overall would recommend to others!
