At first I didn’t like that there wasn’t immediate confirmation of my reservation, but when my power scooter was delivered NEXT DAY by Roland Addison Jr any trepidation was blown away. He was awesome. Drove all the way from Norfolk to just North of Richmond, had multiple options for me to choose from, gave a tutorial and was just a pleasant, professional person to assist us. He definitely is an asset to yall. Will def use again especially if able to request Roland. Thank you so much!”
