“At first I hesitated ordering a mobility scooter from CoG since there wasn't a storefront location to "check out" but that was actually a blessing as it meant delivery and pickup was included in the service. CoG and Mariokart Mobility were great to work with. Communication was excellent, before, during, and after the rental dates. When I needed an answer to a basic question a human answered my call on the 2nd ring, after business hours, and was pleasant and helpful! The scooter was waiting for us as promised, was clean and fully charged and ready to go. It made our vacay with Mom possible and enjoyable. I can't recommend this service, Cloud of Goods and Mariokart Mobility highly enough! You guys rock!!!”
