“We had a problem with our wheelchair, and we received a new one within a few hours. Also, the pick up and drop off were seamless. My only complaint is the wheel wheelchair absolutely needed a cushion. The bar was very rough on my mom and we had to have her sit on coats to provide cushion. ”
