“There was a moment where I would have only given a 1 star. I had an issue where the charger that I was given did not work. My battery was dead and I was no where near my hotel. I called customer service and they said that they would get me a new charger, but the driver forgot to bring it to me. I waited for 2 hours, till 9pm, for the driver. Nobody came. I walked the scooter from the Mirage Hotel past Ceases and into the Bellagio. I had just about given up when I got a call from the original driver who dropped off the scooter. He said that he had heard one of my voice messages and was on the way with 2 new batteries and a new charger for the scooter. I don't think I could have made it back to my hotel with out his help. I forgot his name, I'm super bad with remembering names. But If you see this review, you know who you are. Thank you so much my friend. ”
