“My family and I had planned a cruising vacation and then my husband was diagnosed with cancer and it was going to be difficult for him to stand in long lines and do a lot of walking. So I decided to rent a wheel chair at the last minute. The process was easy. The wheel chair was waiting for us at the hotel and I was able to drop it off at the cruise terminal on our way out. Although I never saw my agent, she was by my side through texts and emails. She made it so easy and my husband had a great time! ”
