The Rollator and mobility scooter were Delivered to my hotel front desk! We used the mobility scooter to get to and from the waterfront in Seattle (steep hills!), and we were able to navigate the waterfront boardwalk plus Pike Place Market and the Seattle Aquarium. This rental made it possible possible for my husband who has Parkinson's to enjoy it all. We're grateful for this service you provide! Here's a photo of him at the Market (just before it got really busy).

Christine our assistant was absolutely wonderful and made this whole process of renting and electric wheelchair so easy (and less scary!) Lynette in Cloud Of Goods Wheelchair Company, Seattle is excellent to work with. She called me ahead of time to make sure that we got the exact type of wheelchair that my mom would need for our upcoming cruise. She called after we received the wheelchair to make sure that we were happy with it. When we got off the ship, she waited for us and came in person to pick up the wheelchair at the cruise port and to make sure that we had a good experience. If I am in Seattle in the future and need to rent a wheelchair, I will definitely be calling Lynette and Cloud Of Goods Wheelchair Company, Seattle.

We added a second scooter for my mom last minute because she had broken her foot before we arrived.They delivered it on very short notice.This was the first time we have ever used scooters,since my folks are getting older.Also couldn't get the scooter going one morning,and they answered immediately and walked me through everything.Couldnt have been better people to deal with.Total God send!!Thank you so much!!!
