The stroller I rented was clean and in excellent condition however, arranging a pick up time was difficult due to their AI automated receptionist. Eventually I was able to get it picked up at the hotel which is why I couldn’t give it 5 stars.

First time using this service. Needed a stroller for grandson in Waikiki. Very happy with how easy it was to use. Stroller was dropped off at hotel for us, perfect!!

The best treatment was provided by Adriana, she was extremedly kind and was very flexible with the time to pick the stroller up. The stroller helped us a lot to be able to walk all over London and be calm that our baby was able to sleep at any time. The rain catch us walking out of a museum and the rain cover was a life-saver. Would rent again 100%.

Im so appreciative of this site and being able to find someone who can help us out with dragging around a toddler. There was nowhere in clearwater that sold strollers!
