Ingrid was amazing and communicated drop off time to my hotel. The portable, light-weight wheel chair was a total game changer in helping my mother get around and see all the sites of San Antonio and Corpus Christi. She was able to see the entire riverwalk, take in the scenery, and enjoy some excellent food - all because she was able to get around in the wheelchair. Thank you for helping to make my mother's mini-vacation an enjoyable and memorable one!

My service provider was excellent but the equipment had problems. The left brake was weak when received and non existent when rental was done. The left foot rest fell off. I was on a very tight schedule and did not have time to wait for a replacement so heald leg up the other leg rested. The right foot rest knob was always tight
