Fabulous communication. My order was confirmed. A week before delivery, the representative who was to drop off the wheelchair confirmed the address, time, and any special delivery instructions. The wheelchair was delivered when it was supposed to be. Same with pickup. The time was confirmed the day of pickup. The entire transaction was smooth, painless, and pleasant. I will use them again.

Super easy to rent. When I wanted to keep my transport chair, a few hours longer Manu was very accommodating even though he was on the way to pick up my chair. Will rent from them again and will encourage others to rent from them.

The service was good though the first chair didn't have a visible seat belt so we had to have it replaced. Luckily you were able to bring a replacement right away. I had to search for the seatbelt on that chair as well. Found it though. Thanks.
