Your quick delivery was a blessing. I was in pain and didn’t want to miss out on the next few days’ fun with my grandkids. I was able to maneuver easily around Volcano Bay and Universal parks to enjoy great times with my son’s family.

The Local vendor Allied Medical Supply and Rental was excellent. They communicated well and delivery was a great benefit. We were traveling over 3 hours to get there and were not sure of our arrival time. They were knowledgeable of the location they delivered to, and were very easy to deal with - the video explanation was perfect. The mobility scooter itself was in excellent condition and was very easy to use even in the hilly terrain of the Santa Cruz mountains. The only disappointment was that I had difficulty using the Cloud of Goods website. It kicked me out numerous times in the middle of trying to order and in the process the price increased. When trying to reach an agent, I was connected to an AI bot that was difficult to talk to. I did receive a person after saying "I would prefer to talk to a real person". Unless the website improves and has a better interface, I would prefer to deal directly with the local vendor in the future if I have need.

At first I hesitated ordering a mobility scooter from CoG since there wasn't a storefront location to "check out" but that was actually a blessing as it meant delivery and pickup was included in the service. CoG and Mariokart Mobility were great to work with. Communication was excellent, before, during, and after the rental dates. When I needed an answer to a basic question a human answered my call on the 2nd ring, after business hours, and was pleasant and helpful! The scooter was waiting for us as promised, was clean and fully charged and ready to go. It made our vacay with Mom possible and enjoyable. I can't recommend this service, Cloud of Goods and Mariokart Mobility highly enough! You guys rock!!!
