i received exactly what i was promised and it was so easy! the scooter was ready when i got there, and i had no problems returning it. i received helpful text messages from the company and i appreciated that. even the price was better than other places i'd contacted. i'll be renting from them again for sure!

The delivery and pick up was excellent, the scooter worked very well and the charge held great! I would rent more often if it wasn’t so expensive. When I first picked it up at the hotel it was barely charged. Like maybe halfway. It would be better if it was fully charged when I got it.

It was very easy and convenient. The only thing I would say is the "how to" breakdown the scooter instructions would be helpful.

Great experience! SOOOOO Easy! The battery was dying halfway through our day and we were panicking a little as it is not easy to find plugs inside Disneyland. Jay was texting me to make sure we were ok and he ended up bringing us a fully charged battery and saved the day!!! He should receive a huge pat on the back! Thank you for everything!
