Drop off and pick up was a breeze. The scooter was very nice with the the range and hill climbing ability being very impressive. I hope that I never need to rent one again, but if I do, I'll definitely use you again.

Absolutely perfect! experience!! When we checked in to our hotel, our rental scooter was waiting for us. The hotel said they would charge it for us each night in the lobby . Scooter ran great each day at Disneyland. We left it at the bell desk when we checked and everything went so smooth! Thank you for your rental service !!!

Everything was great. The reason why I took off one star is because I wasn’t told the scooter wouldn’t last a day at Universal. It was scary running out of there with one line of battery left.

Loved the EV! It was easy to take apart to load and unload. It arrived as expected at our hotel and was clean, comfortable, and easy to operate. It was a lifesaver for our experience at Universal Studios with the miles of walking I would not have been able to do as well as going through the long lines for the attractions.

This was a great service! The item I rented (mobility scooter) was waiting at the hotel upon my arrival. It made traveling with my child (who is disabled) so much easier and less stressful. I will definitely use this service again for future travel!
