The scooter was a advertised. We think the batteries need to be replaced, it would not last as long as it should. Delivered when promised and it ran well when the batteries lasted.

Las Vegas personnel were great; customer call center left much to be desired. When there is a problem, I prefer to talk to a person that speaks clearly. I could not communicate with the persons I had to work with.

I think your customer service was excellent. You delivered the ECV to my hotel and it was waiting for me when I got there. Even though I had a issue with the battery you rectified the situation immediately. Customer service like this isn't present like this in many companies. I felt like I received a great personal experience. Thank you.
