The communication and service from Kelly was outstanding!! Pick up and drop off at our hotel was seamless. We really appreciated Kelly being flexible with the pick up time on the day of our rental return. The stroller was excellent and made our whole trip better. We will definitely use Cloud of Goods in the future!

The first stroller delivered had issues with the front wheel. I called & they had a replacement delivered within a couple of hours! Great service. Would use again.
