Our reservations were made in advance and forgotten about until we arrived at the Disney Polynesian Resort Hotel. I called since the time was close to the agreed upon meeting time. Cloud of goods was early and awaiting my arrival. The order was exact with friendly Employees delivering our 2 scooters. The order was perfect & the equipment was there and worked & looked new. Friendly on time service with our exact order. We were given the necessary instructions to operate safely & a pick up date & time set. It was also adhered to exactly as agreed upon. Great, service, friendly employees & excellent equipment meant for a hassle free experience so the Disney trip was a great vacation. Thank you Cloud of Goods. I’ll call next time & use only you when we have a need. Great Company.

Communication was smooth. We were informed by text and email where to pick up the scooter at Borgata Atlantic City. The scooter was waiting for us when we arrived. It was spotless, and fully charged!! What a difference it made in our ability to enjoy our vacation! We will definitely be renting from them again next year!!

I rented this scooter for my elderly father who was attending a Marine Corps graduation and was staying in a hotel in a city not near his home. The scooter was a god-send for him. It enabled him to be independent on this trip. The Lyft drivers he encountered were able to easily load the scooter in their vehicles. Thank you so much.
