Everything — from booking to delivery — was seamless, and any small issues we faced were resolved insanely quickly. The team’s responsiveness and support went far beyond expectations. Thanks to this wheelchair, my dad was able to explore and truly experience so much of Europe — something we never thought would be possible given his handicap. The chair was comfortable, reliable, and easy to transport, making every day of our trip stress-free and enjoyable. A huge thank you to the entire team for making this trip unforgettable. We really appreciate all you did to make our vacation in DC enjoyable. The delivery and pick up were on time and the gentleman was so helpful in explaining the scooter to us. We had a problem with the scooter in the middle of our adventure and within 20 minutes he came with another scooter! The service was incredible! We would highly recommend Cloud of Goods to everyone!
