Delivery was seamless. Easy drop off at our Hotel. Jose explained everything and had both batteries charged and ready to go. Scooter was in good condition, and worked well. It was invaluable to us to have this service available while traveling. Would definitely look at using Cloud of Good on our next Trip.

The battery was weak, we were told that the battery could last about 15 miles but we had to charge the scooter 3/4 times during our days. Other than that, it was excellent!

Service was marvelous; equipment was less than adequate. Steering on one was too loose and the other one was cumbersome and did not hold a charge.

Fernando was great! He was able to deliver our last minute scooter rental for Disneyland quickly and efficiently. He brought it to our hotel first thing the following morning and was very accommodating when our return time was delayed. He was friendly, kind, and provided excellent customer service. The scooter was great and made my mom’s visit to Disneyland (and ours) a much better experience! Thank you!
