Great customer service. On time with delivery and pick up! Unit was fine but the I believe speed control and a cup holder would be beneficial for the scooter used. Overall a great experience, I would rent again and recommend to others.

Easy, efficient, friendly, you name it. I hope this business takes off. It is unbelievable how smooth this whole process went, from reservation, pre-coordination with me, constant contact, then prompt delivery and pickup. Wish I had discovered this earlier. Will be back many times.

The ECV was delivered to my hotel without an issue. But the cart was not easy to load and unload from my car! Other than that, it was fabulous to have at Universal Studios! ❤️

Scooter was at my room on time. My only issue is that I sent several texts asking about a cane holder for the scooter but never got a response.

my experience was excellent! I asked to keep the scooter for an extra couple of hours on my final day and was told NO PROBLEM and I thank you! I will definitely rent from you again in the future!
