Absolutely fantastic service from Cloud of Goods. The scooter arrived on time and was perfect. We were all over the city and never came close to running out of power. The chair was comfortable and maneuvered well over the somewhat uneven sidewalks. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use again in the future!

I can't say enough good things about the service Don Fujiyama provided during my trip to Hawaii. The heavy-duty scooter was delivered right on time, fully charged, and ready to use the moment I arrived. It made getting around so much easier from day one. While traveling to a luau, I ran into a minor issue with the scooter. I called Don, and he answered immediately. He patiently walked me through the troubleshooting over the phone, and I was back on my way in no time. That level of customer service is hard to find. On top of that, Don shared some great recommendations for local attractions and places that were scooter-friendly, which made my vacation even more enjoyable. If you're visiting Hawaii and need mobility equipment, I highly recommend Don. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for his customers are outstanding. 5 out of 5 stars.
