Myron was fantastic. My first scooter had a battery problem. When I notified him, his first question was to assure that I was in a safe place. That means so much to know that he wasn’t first worried about his product but worried about his customer. He met us at our restaurant and brought another scooter within 30 minutes. We had just finished eating when he arrived as promised. I will continue to do business with Cloud of Goods and hope I run into Myron again in OKC…fabulous customer service and a really kind man!

You need to send an email at least two days in advance of the rental when it is at Universal, with a map, a picture and a written description of where the drop off location and return location will be. My rental was much more stressful than it should have been because there was no information about how to get from the handicap parking to the drop off location. In addition, Nobility wanted to change the pick up time, but could not get me on the phone in time. When I did call in, the response was aggressive and accusatory because I did not answer my cell while I was in the park. The scooter was fine and the agreed pickup and dropoff times were met. Creating a stressful return was a result of Nobility's need to modify our agreement, which should not have been my problem.
