I appreciate everything. The only problem I had was not understanding the need to charge the battery every other night. Once I saw that it could go 15 miles, I felt confident about not putting it on the charger earlier in the week. Which lead to me having to "walk" on Thursday, Still, having/wanting to extend an additional day was excellent and easy to achieve, I would suggest a more detailed explanation of what the "chirps" mean when the battery is getting low and how persons should probably charge the scooter at least every other night while they sleep.

Easy rental process. Ecv was delivered on time to the correct location. The ecv delivered was a quality scooter. It was in great shape and the battery rarely needed charging.

This has been my second time using Cloud of Goods to have a scooter delivered to me at a hotel. Jose R. Jimenez, Cloud of Goods Atlanta partner did an excellent job in communicating with me about when the scooter would be delivered and how to get it when I arrived at my destination. Thank you so much and I will definitely be using Cloud of Goods again in the foreseeeable future.
