I’ve rented mobility scooters many times from Cloud of Goods medical suppliers. I was very pleased with the service I received from Marcos Martins in NYC. The scooter worked great for me during my week and a half in Manhattan. One day, I rode it from Times Square to the Met and the Guggenheim, explored both museums, and returned to Times Square, at least 5 miles not counting the time spent exploring the two museums; I only lost one green bar on the battery level indicator. The battery is impressive! I also needed them to drop off the scooter at one hotel and pick it up from another, and this posed no problem for them. I was very pleased with the service and the prompt responses to communication when needed. —Jackie C.

We've rented from Cloud of Goods before without incident. This time the only difference was there was no communication with me about drop off (dropped of 4 hours early) and pick up (didn't communicate with me they were closed on Sunday and wouldn't pick it up until Monday). The hotel informed me of that. The hotel itself is smaller and didn't have a good spot to house the ECV so it was in the way until we check in. There also was a issue with the battery, it didn't last as long as stated. We did have excellent service from the person we spoke to. She brought a new set of batteries with charging cable to the hotel for us. While the batteries did not last longer than 4 hours, we were able to charge them in the park and it didn't affect our day to much. The ECV itself was wonderful. Very clean, sturdy and a smooth ride. It definitely made our trip a success. While we had a few hiccups, we will definitely rent from here again.
