Was concerned when I couldn’t get in touch with the 3rd party who they sent the order to. The 3rd party didn’t contact and accept the order because he tried unsuccessfully to contact Cloud of Goods to confirm the order. He contacted me with no issues. The rating would have been less if it wasn’t for the 3rd party. Happy that they had an extra scooter in van. The 3rd party tried to contact Cloud of Goods to get details of the rental and they did not cooperate. I told them the scooter was for a 5’ woman that was heavy, the ticket that they sent was for a man at 5’ 8” tall weighing 385, not even close to what I ordered. If you use this company, beware that they a foreign company and don’t care, they just place the order and move on. Always check with the company they assign it to for rental. The rating is for overall, the 3rd part company, mobility scooter would get 5 stars and the Cloud of Goods based on the order would get 2 stars
