I had an absolutely wonderful experience with your company. Joanne is a jewel and I really appreciate it. The time and care she took and working with me on my time frames and on the drop of an pick-up. I just regret not being able to meet her in person. The response to any inquiry from your team has been timely and professional, as well as clear….The only issue I had was the actual ability to break down the scooter as needed…..more to pulling the actual seat up for removal. It literally took 2 men to pull it off. Removing the battery and folding down the steering column were easy. So my suggestion would be to make that one step in your instructions clearer, (not sure how) ….. It was a definite struggle for me. Otherwise, the rental was perfect and the scooter a true event saver! Thank you!
