Kay was really great at following the directions to get into the condo area. She delivered and picked up precisely on time and was very friendly. The whole process was simple, reasonable priced and super convenient. Next time I'm in San Diego I'm definitely going to rent the wheelchair sooner rather than later now that I know how easy and convenient it is.
