Reserving a walker to use during my conference in DC was so easy. It was delivered early so that it was available at my arrival, and there was excellent communication with the staff throughout the entire process. I left it with the hotel staff upon departure, and it was quickly picked up by the company and I was notified that this was done. I felt that the price was very reasonable, and the rental made my participation at the conference so much easier. Keep up the good work!

Overall our experience was very good. We had some miscommunication with the drop off and pick up, but Marcos was very helpful and polite. The drivers were also very friendly.
